Company is doing good with simple running virus removal software. In my case they ran 2 times different tool but virus is still there. Attempt to make them fix my laptop failed. Instead I was given a lecture that Internet Explorer is bad and advise to switch to chrome. Had problems with my computer shutting down b/c of overheating. I went in on a monday at 3:00 pm and walked out with a professional dusting , reapplied thermal paste, virus scan, and A new fan for an Amazing price,within 3 hours! I highly recommend ICON Solutions!

Been calling for over a week to see if they have a power supply for my pc and a week straight I get a "technician is helping other costumers" message. Why have a phone number listed if you can't call it?

At first, I thought what a great company. I took my computer in and thought something was wrong with it and they said no, it was just something loose. But, try to return for a bad part installed and see what happens. I had a power supply replaced and within a month it started going out. I called and called. They told me I had to have a receipt. I said you just did it. I didn't save it because I trusted you. I asked to speak to the owner. He wasn't in. I left a couple messages and no return call. Really one month. I ended up replacing it myself. I will never go back.
