If I could give this garage zero stars I would. The “manager” Javier is the rudest person I have ever encountered. The staff at this garage treated my boyfriend and I in a very hostile unprofessional way. They tried to charge us nearly double after walking down their steep dangerous garage then demanded we walk back up to get a stamp from our hotel and said they only park the cars they don’t need to tell us to get a parking stamp. Javier would not let me speak and raised his voice to me. He was incredibly rude and did not care about us as customers. Paying top dollar for a hotel and getting treated like trash by a parking garage manager is not what New York is about. Avoid this garage at all costs, they will talk bad about you in Spanish when you’re right in front of them.

Just an awful Experience rude people. Six minutes late cost me an extra $45 plus tax. No budging. I will never use icon again. They have lost $$$$$ from me. Use laz.

I had a coupon for parking they said (more yelled with a nasty attitude) it was used. When I tried to download another copy it wouldn't send to my email. The attendant was so rude and yelled at me repeating the coupon was used and spoke to me like I was a complete idiot. I was at the mercy of paying (more than double the coupon) because my car was at the garage and the more time it sat there the more time I would have to pay. Disgusting way of business and people. I would rather have my car towed then come in contact with these people.

Inexperienced valet attendants. Two employeees both stalled my manual transmission sports car right in front of me. Very unprofessional. Not worth the upcharged price for valet service.
