Worst garage service ever ! Costumer service is abysmal ! I parked my car there and forgot to give key, and being so busy, they forgot to ask me for the key as well, and just told me to leave my car there. Upon returning, my car was moved via a trolley. The rep there informed me that I now had to pay $50 in CASH for inconveniencing them, and here I thought, I was the costumer. I asked him why, he responded rudely " go look at the sign, its $50 dollars for a boot on the car" I combed through the parking lot, no sign displayed for costumers stated this. after an hour of debating, another man came and pointed to a small sign 8x12 above their register that stated "75 dollars for trolley" This sign did not mandate a Cash payment, nor did it state the word boot, which according to the 1st guy, that was what was on my car. This has happened in order parking spots before, and a simple tip was appreciated for the extra labor, not a mandate to fill their pockets with cash. To add to the insult, their handprints were all over my car ! DO NOT go into this Lot ! They treated me and my F-type Jaguar like trash, Lord knows how they might treat you and your car ! Plenty of other lots around !

Worst Customer Service. Use the garage right across the street much better prices and customer service. The manager Carlos is apathetic and couldn't care less about his job. Manager in the office Betty is impossible to get a hold of and the woman in the office you can get a hold Quintana is like talking to drywall. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this place.

The attendant lied about the pricing when we parked under the early bird. It was the difference between $35 and $45 which is a big difference for a student.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. By far the worst experience I've ever had at a parking garage. The staff was very rude and unhelpful, and on top of that seemed to have little to no clue how to do their jobs. Furthermore, the staff did not seem to care about what they were doing or the safety of the vehicles in the lot.
