I have used Idyllwild Cabin Rentals many times. Robert and Alyssa are great people. They work hard to make your stay in Idyllwild as memorable and relaxing as possible. If you need something special, they will bend over backwards (not literally-lol) to make it happen. If there is a problem, they take care of it right away. - As a business owner myself, I know how hard it can be to keep everyone happy. I highly recommend Idyllwild Cabin Rentals for your next stay in Idyllwild. ------ Thanks Robert for making our 27th wedding anniversary special, the wood fire and jacuzzi under the stars - awesome !!

Horrible cabin-its called Village View!!!NO AC AND IN THE SUMMER YOU WILL BE COOKING YOURSELF IN THERE.CALLED TO COMPLAINT ABOUT IT,BUT MARTHA THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT UNDERSTANDING MY POINT OF VIEW.EVEN THREATENED ME WITH POLICE.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL NOT GO BACK THERE.I WILL TELL EVERYBODY I KNOW TO NOT GO UP THERE !!!!
