The Grand Idyllwild Lodge is an unforgettable boutique luxury lodge nestled among the trees on over two acres of land. Located at the “top of the town,” this breathtaking lodge features panoramic views of the pristine, idyllic San Jacinto Mountains, including a majestic backdrop of the monoliths Lily Rock and Taquitz Peak. This Craftsman-Style lodge, hosting six suites and three guest rooms, is thoughtfully designed to compliment its mountain location by featuring the natural elements of stone, wood, and water- all of which reflect the local landscape, colors, and culture of Idyllwild.

At the Grand Idyllwild Lodge, highlights for guests include real mountain adventure experiences at an elevation of 5,600 feet, with hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails winding through the spectacular mountain terrain. The rocks of Taquitz and Suicide, one of California’s reputable places where the sport of rock climbing took its hold, attract rock climbers from all over the world. In addition, guests will be able to appreciate the unique and diverse art that encompasses the community as Idyllwild has been listed in author John Villani’s book “The 100 Best Art Towns in America: A Guide to Galleries, Museums, Festivals, Lodging, and Dining” Fourth Edition.
