Great IHOP location! Service is fast, especially during the night time. 24 hour location, and even at 2 AM they have smiles on. Good spot for getting that breakfast food fix, much better than Denny's. Anthony is a server to look out for. Very warm and welcoming, and not afraid of having conversation if you are too.

Awesome selection, particularly in the Fall -- red velvet pancakes! Fast and friendly service, very accommodating and attentive service. Server gave us a combo price for a complex order without us having to ask. Great prices, very clean and observant table service. Just wish their beverage glasses were larger......thus the 4 stars, instead of 5 (not the servers fault). Update 6/18/17: service is a little slow on days like Father's Day, even if the restaurant doesn't have a lot of customers. Still, the food continues to be very good with lots of choices. I really like being able to request variations on the listed menu items (there may be a small substitution fee, but it's worth it to get the order b you want). Staff continue to be very eager to please. I recommend coming after 7pm on for faster service and a quieter dining experience.

So it started out with a 30 minute wait. They followed that with a half cup of coffee and a smooth transition into the disappointment if finding out that IHOP does not have biscuits and gravy. How can you be a breakfast joint and not have biscuits and gravy? They have gravy just no biscuits. What you can't just crack open a can of biscuits like you do with the rest of your food? The service was fast but that's to be expected with canned food. But for the record I was informed by the wait staff that if I wanted to bring my own biscuits from home he was sure they would dump some gravy on them for me.

It's a season to be jolly or waitress was singing and her voice was wonderful had a great experience not crowded very good food while taking care of would come back thank you

Food was as expected, and ambience is good, service was a bit not up to the mark. But overall experience was decent
