After a movie decided to head over for dinner. Whether it was an off night or the new normal for that location I can't say. While the server tried to make things right, he was getting no support from the kitchen. Our order was wrong not once, but twice, and for everyone in the party! While they comped the meal, they can't comp the time that was spent. Oh and as an added bonus, my friend got to taste his meal twice - once on the way down and again on the way up as he left it all over the Great Mall parking lot. Take a look at the pic too - that is medium according to the cooks in the back - while the snap isn't great, let me assure you, it was about to stampede off my plate. We will not be going back. Ever.

Ordered a medium cooked fillet mignon and it came out medium rare. The steak itself tasted alright. Mac and cheese as a side as well as a loaded baked potato. The Mac and cheese was cold and was not as fresh. The loaded baked potato was fine but I prefer the cheese to be melted. As for the dessert, I ordered a salted caramel cookie skillet which came out cold and the cookie was hard as a rock. If you want a steak that is worth the price, I would highly recommend that you go to the Cheesecake Factory.

They use to have cloth napkins and tonight they had paper napkins. No coasters for your drink so the condensation lands on your shirt. The meat had more fat in it than in the past. You now have to ask for ketchup with your fries and steak sauce for you meal. Salad was good, service was ok. They don’t anticipate that you will want basic items like ketchup, a glass of water or steak sauce.

I ordered the porterhouse very rare when i received my steak it was medium well my lady friend had filet mignon by the time i got someone's attention my party was almost done with their meal the service was that of a Lowe's hardware store they will help you once tou pull them from the hiding place the manager came out and vanished just as fast i received an e-mail from the managing partner it read he would like to speak to me can i pick a convenient time i gave him one sat by the phone for an hour not to miss that call which never happened outback is a pretty good place to eat just not that one look at the map and find a different location i wont be going back to that one unless they change the crew from management down especially the cooks

Food and service is good but wait can be really out there here along with parking.
