The best part was our service. He was really nice and kind. Food is not so good, avarage taste and quality. It was pricy restaurant for that food. However you have many choices to eat.

The service was very late, nobody attended us for 15 mins. One of our order was not brought to us. I have been to Olive Garden all over the US but I haven’t received this kind of service anywhere else!

I really liked the quality of the food of olive garden, and its raspberry lemonade is truly amazing. I also really like the lasagna, which is in the children's menu, and the breadsticks were fresh (and free), although a bit too salty. My favorite dish of this restaurant was the salad (as a side), which has great quality, freshness, and flavor. That said, I gave this restaurant only 3 stars because it has clumsy waiters who take waaaaaay to long to write down your order. Also, even though you have your own touch screen tablet at your table, when you press the button that says "call server", they take at least 10 minutes to come. Moreover, even though the servers make it sound to you like they will be your personal server, you can clearly see them serving other people. For people who have kids, kids will find the games on the table tablet, and they will beg their parents until they pay 2 extra dollars to let them play games on the tablet. Money, money, money! Overall this was a unique experience, but I don't think I will be coming here for a very, very long time.

It took about 30 minutes to get our food after ordering.  The order was only three adult meals and two kids' meals. While we waited, we ate 3 bowls of soup. Two of the bowls were warm, at best. 

Our server left our food on the order table for quite some time apparently, because when the pasta came out, the pasta looked dry. By that time, we just wanted to eat and leave.

Tue shrimp in the Shrimp Alfredo were much smaller than in the picture.  The restaurant may need to add "shrimp appear larger than actually served" in the menu.

Now I remember why we haven't come to this Olive Garden for two years.

They do not honor reservation wait times. Bad place to go in case you value your time.
