A hidden gem! Excellent service, hot coffee, great food. Blueberry pancakes were a smash. YUM. Nyasia our waitress even warmed the coffee cups and kept the pots full. We will be back!!Food: 5/5

We went there tonight with our family. Everything was great. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in the door. Food came out fast and hot. Our server was excellent and the food was surprisingly inexpensive. Thank you for the great experience.

Eggs were overcooked and bacon slice was burnt. Quality control is definitely lacking in the kitchen. Ate what I could because it took a while to be served and then our waiter disappeared until my family was done eating. My sons pancakes, which were suppose to be blue, came out out brown because they took were overcooked but he ate them anyway. This was the last place i wanted to eat for Mother's Day and no plans to ever go back. Our waiter was polite though and it was clean.

This is my second time at this location.  The service is good. We were greeted quickly and sat, and our food came out quickly.  The establishment does its best with minimal staff and a high volume of customers.  The establishment is held together with ducktap. They have ducktap on the soap dispenser in the bathroom to the seats in the dining room, but the food is fantastic, and kids eat free.  Kid-friendliness: They have tons of options for kids to choose from, and even the pickiest eater will find something.

Our daughter loves her pancakes and IHOP is on her list of favorite places. However, our experience with this location has been short of great. It is mainly the getting in the door and seated, they seem to always be flustered, and it takes more time than necessary to be seated. The servers have all been great to us and have been apologetic for the slow service. The food has always been served hot, and tasty. The country fried steak is crispy and tasty. The french toast is delicious and the pancakes are always a hit with the little one.  Kid-friendliness: Fun options for kids.

The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Chris, our waiter was terrific.  The food and coffee were both excellent. When back up this way, we will stop here again. My wife had a 55 2x2x2, I had a split decision.Food: 4/5

I ordered a Pesto Omelette. The hash browns were a bit cold and the service was sort of passable. Easy to find and ample parking available.  Vegetarian options: Lots of Vegetarian options available

Me and my wife arrived around 9:30 am. We waited at the entrance literally 5 min and nobody came to host us so we decided to get in and sit down. Another 5 minutes and nobody took care of us. So we asked the host for the menus and she rolled her eyes when she knew we sat by ourselves. I don’t know how why somebody with that attitude is serving people. Later she asked a waitress to take our order bc she didn’t want to deal with us.  I honestly do not recommend this place because of this. U don’t want to receive this treatment that early in the morning.  The table we sat at was tearing apart. I add pics of this and the worst host I’ve ever met.

I came here with my boyfriend for my birthday on 6/25 and we got the strawberry and banana French toast along with 2 of the 2x2x2 bacon, eggs and pancakes meal and we substituted the pancakes with the new minion banana pancakes, and all of our food was great, it was all fresh, hot and tasty. we also got the new blue raspberry splasher and wild berry splasher drinks as well as an orange juice, the splasher drinks were awesome too. The staff was very nice and helpful especially our server named Ginger who was very nice and was one of the best servers I’ve ever experienced at an IHOP.

Food was great & the waitress was very nice and attentive. I love the relaxing atmosphere. My favorite from IHOP though has to be the crepes and the French toast. In these pictures I am having the "create your own pancake combo" I got my eggs over hard and got the New York cheesecake pancakes instead of just buttermilk.
