Decided to change up this morning. I ordered a bacon e%c croissant instead of the sausage, egg and cheese. I noticed your sign on the window. I have expressed to you and you fixed MY order only. Still putting out skimpy portions. This morning tho, WOW! The absolute Best Half Cooked bacon withsorta egg and a third sandwich slice of cheese. And Yet, it was tasty? Not very filling. But it was tasty. I had two and a hash browns. It was good for three hours and then I was looking for lunch. My usual lasts till noon without fail. Being hungry and low sugar before lunch. . . I have faith that one day your menu will return to that which I remember. I hope so anyway. Lines Way to long elsewhere and I still like your meals.  Features: ? Think it has a lot to do with the reduced portion sizes...

This is one of the better BKs around. Drive through is usually quick, even if the line is longer. Inside is usually clean with prompt service. None are perfect and they forget items on occasion in drive through. Overall I keep going back to this one.Food: 4/5

I'm very disappointed with this location. The young lady at the drive-thru window rushed me through my order. She seemed very irritated to have to be taking my order and was not friendly in the least bit. Our food was cold and limp including the fries and chicken fries. Some of our order was missing but we didn't have time to go back and fix our order. My 7 year old daughter got half way through her sprite when she felt something in her mouth. When she opened the cup, there was a bunch of black particles looked like coffee grounds and hair floating around and dirty finger print smudges in the cup. Gross!!!  She was absolutely mortified.  Yet another fast-food chain I will steer clear from in Aberdeen and Southern Pines.

I have been getting the wrong order just about every other time. the managers are rude. today the one walked away from me no one wants to take responsibility for the wrong orders when the order is right the product and price is better than McDonald's. I started going to bk because McDonald's couldn't get orders right.  I'm done with both I guess

Jimmy Dean frozen sausage, egg and cheese biscuits are better than what I was just served here. Biscuit was hard, sausage was cooked to death and I'm not sure "egg" is the term I would use to describe the yellow square that wasn't the cheese. To top it all off, I ordered a coke and was given a Dr. Pepper. First and last time.

I think burger king is a great place to eat at. but today when I asked the employee for our missing coke she told us to shut up and treats us like were "good buddy's". she acted unprofessional. and we got diet coke when we told her we ordered regular.

My youngest loves BK.  Service is slow in the drive thru but my son loves the whopper.. the things we do to make our little ones happy..Food: 3/5

Everything was dirty.  Many employees working and my grandson and I were the only customers. It was 5;00 pm.  They had several buckets placed around to catch water from the leaking ceilings. I won't be going back.

I used to not come to this Burger King because the people were always very rude and the food was not good.. whatever manager has taken over in the past month or two is doing a very good job! The customer service is now very good the people working the window and the speaker seem to always be very nice now and the food is much better.

I'm in line waiting for like 30 mins they don't have sweet tea no fries and is taking forever
