Welcome to another mismanaged fast food place. No spoons, no ketchup, hardly any drink choices because they are out of everything. The place is filthy. Probably the worst tasting burger I’ve ever had from Wendy’s. Salad came out with nothing but lettuce and an apple slice. The manager needs to be fired!

Place was extremely hot inside. Only one counter person during lunch rush. Very slow service.  Received the wrong drink with my meal. But the sweet tea did taste good. It was supposed to be root beer.Food: 3/5

Came in at 10:40 on 01/09/2023. After waiting 10 minutes they finally brought me my food. 5 minutes in I heard someone inside say "is someone gonna get his food?" making me think no one was even working on it I was the only one in line. I got my bourben burger and the cheese was not melted as well as little to no onions. Horrible experience!!

I accidentally left my card at the drive-through window. Called them when I got home and  was told by a woman named Eva that she had it & would put it up in the office for me. The next day I went to pick it up and no one could find it. For the next 2 weeks I kept calling but every time they couldn’t find it. I’m assuming an employee took it, and I so it’s surprising they don’t have cameras inside the office. Today I got a notification that someone tried using it at Walmart.

Dining room never open. Drive-thru is usually backed up to where cars are stuck waiting in line in the road, causing traffic problems. They can only manage one order at a time, telling you that they'll be with you in a moment. Each car ends up waiting at the order box for an average of about 10 minutes before the order is taken, and then 5-10 minutes at the pick-up window. It's usually a 45 minute wait in the drive-thru line, depending on the time of day. Food is cold by the time you get it. NOT worth the trouble to go here!

Wendy's had a pretty long line this evening,and there was a little bit of a wait. We've never been, but our kid has been asking for a chocolate frosty from Wendy's for about three weeks now; ever since he saw a Wendy's ad.  We finally went this evening for a frosty and dinner.  All the 1-star reviews was off-putting and almost made us choose a different place to eat. However we're glad we went ahead and stuck with Wendy's.  The 10-15 minute wait was absolutely worth it.

Unfortunately, I won’t be coming to this Wendy’s anymore…which is a shame considering I’ve had nice visits before.  The past few times I’ve come have been pretty bad.  Tonight, I waited over 5 minutes at the order box screen without any of the employees saying anything.  It’s fine if there’s a wait, but at least let the person know, ya know?  They took my order after 7 or 8 minutes, and repeated it back to me.  After pulling up to the window, the guy looked clearly stressed as he told me to pull on over into the parking spot to wait and that it would be a bit.  There was only 1 other car in the lot that was waiting on food in front of me, but it still took 15 minutes.  When a different guy handed me my food, I let him know that I still needed my drink as I had gotten the $5 biggie bag.  While he went and got it, I looked in my bag only to see that they had accidentally made the burger wrong, and hadn’t upsized the fries like I had paid for.  However, the employees were clearly stressed and understaffed, so I didn’t say anything, thanked them when they came back and handed me my drink, and left.  This isn’t the fault of the employees.  More mistakes are bound to happen when you’re stretched thin and doing everything at once.  The management really just needs to shut down the store a few hours early if they’re that severely understaffed, rather than have someone wait 20 minutes for a $5 meal, and stress their employees so much.  They need to schedule more people, because only having 2 people work a whole store while it’s still busy in the evening is ridiculous.

This place needs to close down. How do you only have three people working on a Saturday night ? It’s always an issue at this store. Does the district manager or anyone care? The young ladies in there ALWAYS have an attitude problem. Overall this place gives Wendy’s a bad name. DON’T EAT HERE !

This is the worst Wendy's in this area! The drive thru is always backed up. Recently I placed a mobile order and still had to wait for 30+ minutes! Tonight I decided to give them another chance. Placed my order, sat in line for 20+ minutes and the line never moved. Cars started leaving. We discovered that the place was closed! No sign indicating that at all. It was 7:50 on a Friday night. You would think they would have been courteous enough to put a sign on the drive thru mic if they were closing before posted hours. I'm done with this location. Edit note: if they close early, app should be deactivated so mobile order can't be placed.

March 28th 2022 at 7pm that crew was awesome food was awesome. They worked like a true crew should. Give those girls a raise better keep them too  UPDATE!! AS OF SEPT 7, 2022 Sorry but this place went to great experience to literally trash. It's very sad first for 3 days straight that I know of they have no cheese for the chili. Not hard to call corporate and go across street and pick up cheese horrible management right there. But the chili is water so much it soup not chili again not hard to see that as your serving it to your customers so there is NO EXCUSE just plain ignorance and obviously needs new management. I will not be coming back I rather drive to the next town before I would ever eat there again.
