This single star is for our waitress Dominique! She was so very pleasant and we appreciated that. That’s it! My crepes were so brown and hard, it looked like a sugar crystal on my plate. Crepes should be light to golden brown at it darkest and the should be soft and pliable. The hash brown was so overdone that it had a slightly bitter taste and the bacon was just meh! My son loves crepes and he really tried with them but couldn’t eat them because they got harder by the minute. Disappointed!

Horrible. I went in National Pancake Day with my husband and 2 sons and was ignored for 30 minutes I thought I was at the DMV in New York. When I left I asked if there was any reason why I wasn’t served and being ignored” and the hostess said “where were you sitting at?” ..and I just left. It wasn’t even busy and we were completely ignored. I placed a bet with my husband because the last time we went there a year ago the same thing happened but I am a strong believer in “people get a 2nd chance” I lost the bet and so here at am at Jalapeños Mexican Grill Restaurant having my chips and drinks already.  I will never, EVER go back there again! Don’t waste your time.

Once again I have to change my ratings. I once gave this restaurant a low rating. Because of the immature staff and there playing not paying attention to detail and their customers. But my husband wanted to give them a second chance. And it was awesome. The older staff to include the manager. Even the music playing show the maturity in the building. We had no problem this time. A wonderful change in atmosphere and staff I really enjoyed it this time.  Kid-friendliness: My son was with us. And other family&#39;s were there as well.  Parking: Plenty of parking handicap parking right at the front door alongside curbside parking for fast food pick up.  Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp there at the front door

From walking in to the end, this visit was very pleasant. At first glance only 1 car in the parking lot which makes me a little leary about eating here thinking that we wouldn't have a good experience. But we were seated by Andre and within minutes of walking through the door. He came back to take care our order. We had 5 adults and 2 children under 4. The food was brought out in a timely manner, nice and warm. Cook to exact specifications. Andre get 5 stars for his attentiveness to it table and the restaurant was in good shape. Thanks IHOP.

I had the chicken and waffles...really good, and nice size portions. I had leftovers to take home.Our server was friendly & patient.  My mom moved slowly at times, and our server was so kind. Definitely will be visiting this IHOP again.Food: 5/5

If you eat here pay cash. An employee stole my wife's debit card number from this location after we paid. Then went on a spending spree. My wife and I ate dinner here. The place was practically empty. The host was also our server. We had an ok meal. We left a nice tip because the server was nice. Then a few days later our bank notified my wife of a fraud alert. After checking the account, we saw our dinner charged. Then the same night there was a $60 charge at the same IHOP location. Then their fun began. Several hundred in Door Dash orders and online purchases. So if you eat here pay cash!

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had in the food industry. Restaurant was not clean. Staff didn't even try when it came to service, food was burnt AND wrong, and it took over an hour to get the food when I was one of 4 small tables in the entire restaurant. It literally took a half hour just to get a fountain drink refill and over ten minutes just to get silverware AFTER my food had been dropped off. Upon getting the food, the hashbrowns were terribly burnt, the wrong meat was used, and my girlfriend's strawberries were still frozen SOLID when she received them. If a meal has to take an hour to prepare on a day that isn't busy, it should at least be correct. As a former kitchen manager myself, I can say the hiring standards are extremely low and none of these employees care about the work they put out including the management who would even allow a dish that wrong to even leave the kitchen. I know Covid is a thing but if service is going to be this terrible it's better to just shut the place down, scrap the entire staff, and try again when you actually have your store together. No service is MUCH better than THAT service

Worst experience ever!!!! Stopped in for a quick bite to eat asked for orange juice it's watered down. Asked for a waffle breakfast with blueberry compote. Waffle was raw in the middle. Compote has mold in it. And to top it off, the manager was  running around on his phone talking at the top of his lungs, eating and constantly going outside while they are clearly short staffed. I will never eat there again!!

Again, no photos. The food was hot and fresh. I had the sampler breakfast, and it was really delicious- buttermilk pancakes, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns ham, and eggs over-medium. The Husband had the sirloin tips, pancakes, hashbrowns,  and eggs over-easy. Needless to say, we were both full! The dining room was clean, and our server was great.

I have eaten at IHOP's across these United States, but this one is the worst of the worst! I was visiting the city of Savannah, GA enjoying all of the history and beautiful sights, and wanted to have breakfast before starting another day of sightseeing but choose the wrong restaurant. We waited at our table for almost an hour and still, no food was served. We got watered-down orange juice and coffee that was supposed to be tea. An almost completely empty area where we were sitting, but a lobby filled with people waiting to be seated. My guess is there was only one cook and I'm glad our food never came because it too like the service would have probably been a disaster .... two thumbs down!
