This is my favorite McDonald’s. They always make my coffee right. The lines can be long but it moves quickly. The two older gentleman are the best! They always ask me how my day is going and are very nice. I really appreciate good customer service. Thank you!

You have got to read the whole review...This was the rudest most unprofessional McDonald's I have ever seen in my life. I ordered two big macs and a large fry at 10:37 pm. When I got home the order was wrong. I went back again and spoke to the manager at 10:55 pm and she said they were closed and I should have come back earlier to correct my order. 13 minutes I was gone. The manager was so rude and nasty I could not even believe it. She said to come back in the morning and she would fix it. I came back the next morning and spoke with the same manager. First thing she said was"I thought you weren't coming back again." She would not correct my order or give me back my money. I have to say that I have eaten at McDonald's for over 30 years and have NEVER EVER been treated as badly... but I can say with surety that I  will NEVER EVER eat at another McDonalds as long as I live

So i ordered the buy one get one free quarter pounder and i got one perfect quarter pounder and another that looked as if the patty had a bite taken out of it or it had a difficult journey leaving the grill to my bun......quality control!!!Food: 3/5

I’m gonna be 100% honest. This McDonalds is really awful. When we went and ordered yesterday some girl was asking for our order and having a full blown conversation at the same time. She was extremely rude and disrespectful and just didn’t care about the customers. All I wanted was two happy meals. I didn’t even have a big order but she just kept cackling and carrying on her conversation. If I knew my Husband was gonna drive off so fast frustrated after talking to her I would of definitely told her exactly how I felt. This McDonalds needs a common sense class for their employees.

I was warned not to go... jokes on me. Charged me for the doubles I asked for sent me out with cheeseburgers. Didn’t realize it until everyone was eating the equivalent of a happy meal. Thanks for taking my call on the second ring and passing me around with all the staff. Next is a call to McDonald’s complaints.

3rd strike, won’t be back. I have ordered an iced BLACK coffee 3 mornings in a row now only to get it with so much cream and sugar that it may as well be a milkshake. I don’t ask them to remake it because of how busy they already are.

The drive in line was long but it moved along quite quickly. The nice lady at the pick up window gave a big smile when she handed the food to me.Food: 5/5

My food was nice and hot  which is a good thing . But on my chicken sandwich I had one small piece of tomatoe and a pinch of lettuce on it.Food: 3/5

My experience is limited to the drive-thru, however, it is one of the slowest drive-throughs I've ever experienced.. customer service is very inconsistent. food on the other hand is consistent.
