The services sucks here. The waitresses and the manager all seemed as if they did not want to be at work. Yes, there was a large party, but we ordered our food as we sat down because we thought it would make things easier on the waitress by bringing food out as it was ordered. But no the waitress never said I am going to wait to put this order in until the rest of your party gets here. I ordered my food when I got there as in right with my drink. Not all of the party was seated yet. But I literally was the last person to receive my food. To top all that off I never even received my pancakes that go with the breakfast sampler that I ordered. Another member of the party had to order her drink 4 times from the same waitress Another member of the party ordered the country fried steak and whatever. Which also comes with pancakes and never received her pancakes. Another member of the party asked 4 times for plastic utensils before she received them. I'm sorry but if I was the general manager I would be doing many surprises visits during the last couple hours of the stores being opened. Two weeks ago I went in there and received some of the best service from a young lady during the day shift.

Food was good, but the management shouldn't allow inexperienced servers to take phone orders. My order was called in from a completely different County. Upon arrival the server was just starting to enter the order into their computer system so the kitchen could cook it. Another 25 minutes and the order was finally ready. Incidentally, I've dined in at this restaurant numerous times, and the service is always great and the food is usually tasty and delicious.

One of my most favorite places to eat. I've been eating at this same IHOP since it was built. Good food, quiet atmosphere, and very professional staff,,,

I wanted to try the 59 cents pancakes out but I did order more food. The service was great, food was hot, and the employees were nice. I would go again.

My food was good, I had chicken fajita omelette, but my family ordered cheese grits that taste like water. Our waitress was great Iyouna was her name I think. She was kind and professional.
