We’ve never had a bad meal here. Sometimes they’re in too big of a hurry to get the food out and forget to put something on the plate but the wait staff quickly corrects it. The wait staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is family friendly. They also have free yummy rolls and fantastic pies which are free on a certain day. 👍😁

My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to sit down and eat on a Sunday evening around 5 PM. We were pleasantly surprised by the lack of wait time to be seated, but my guess is that most people were out shopping Presidents Day sales. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive, checking in with us and promptly refilling our drinks. Whom I assume was the manager was also out on the floor following up with the tables. I was also happy with the restaurant's cleanliness, prices (we were there during happy hour - $5 red sangria), and food portions! I only wish I remembered the waitress's name to recommend her. I would have given O'Charleys a 5-star review if they had more pasta options as well as desserts (I think all but one were pies).

Always my standby when I want great food and superior service. If you haven't tried it yet you really should give them a whirl. Remember to join the club, you get great specials as well.

This place is only ever worth going to on wednesday, when the restaurant offers a free slice of pie for each person at the table, but otherwise, I don't think the food-quality/price ratio is worth it. The food isn't that good and it's usually cold. But it's near the mall and the movie theater, so it has a note of convenience to it. Make sure you ask the staff for dinner rolls, too. They often forget to give the table their basket.

My fiancé and I were greeted immediately upon entering and promptly seated. Our server quickly took our drink and meal order, and shortly after drinks and food were served! Staff was friendly from the second we entered to their final goodbye! Their pies are a must to order!
