Friday nights generally very busy for the eating establishments along Rivers Ave, go early (before 6pm) or be prepared to wait. Strong Team Ethic - The Manager on duty was helpful and "mucked in" with the staff to clear/set up tables, but still took the time to ask how your meal was going. Our waiter was a new hire, the other wait staff helped him, so if they had not told us he was new, we would have not known it. The food was excellent as well! 3 people out the door cost was $39 for Salad, Main steak dish and Desert/appetizer

I was greeted immediately and sat at the bar on request. The bartender greeted me and took my drink order. There were no cocktail specials, and selection was limited. I settled on an old fashioned. It was good, but the glass was warm and therefore, the drink was diluted. Successful up sell on a hickory salt crusted fillet. Steak was cooked properly and rested. Request for dairy free preparation was honored. Overall, a good lunch. There are better options for the price, but still solid.

Everything was great, there was a mistake with our food (which happens) our server, Julie, acted very quickly and the manager came out and apologized personally! We couldn't of been happier. Service was amazing, food was amazing! Everything was great! Definitely going back!

Tired of my own cooking, I treated myself to a late lunch/early dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse on Rivers Avenue. I was greeted and seated quickly. The restaurant's ambiance was a step above my expectations of a steakhouse. It was clean and comfortable. My order was a "Cowboy" bone-in ribeye with fries and a side salad. There was nothing special about the salad; very basic served with honey mustard dressing. Expecting good, old-fashioned steak fries, I was a bit disappointed with the seasoned Julian cut fries but they were good none-the-less. My drink of choice was water with a twist... Now for what you would choose this venue for; the steak. Advertised at 18 oz., it seemed small in size and was about 3/4" thick. Still plenty of food, but I had expected to need a doggie bag (didn't). When asked how I wanted it cooked, I replied "Medium." If anything, it was medium rare with an emphasis on rare. I do not send food back unless it is a gross error and this was still quite edible. Flavor was excellent needing no additional seasoning. Overall, the meal was satisfactory but had not met my expectations. There are far better places to spend $33.00 (including gratuity) than this venue. In fact, my home cooked steak would have been served as ordered...

Our steak was great; fresh, fairly quick and tasty. Service 4 out 5. Could've been more friendly. Otherwise 5 star all-around!
