Sometimes only a few customers and the help is standing around joking with each other, letting customers sit for quite awhile before they even give them a menu, then it's an act of God to get them to come back to take an order, don't go on the graveyard shift, just awful, they stand around talking to customer/friend knowing others have walked in, they don't even acknowledge, just keep on talking and laughing.... It's sad when you only have half hour to eat.

i love this location, but there is a present homeless population so be careful. it is downtown palm springs, good location with a lot to do. i would recommend this IHOP!

I was in yesterday for lunch and my order of spicy chicken sandwich was overly greasy the bread was over soaked in oil I understand it was chicken and it was deep fried but the bread came apart . 2nd the waitress walked away after bringing us out order without asking if we needed anything else. I get it was busy but I've been to thier other locations in the valley and the service is phenomenal I have ordered the same item and it was great hopefully they can improve upon this because not the sandwich nor the pancakes were good .

Called about National French Flies Day 
if any deals and they hung up. When I 
called back did not answer. Have had 
problems there in the past too. Great
