Walking into this pitch black, tiny bar 2 minutes after it opened on a Wednesday was quite a surprise. It was already half full, but I managed to find a table for three. The service was exceptional and knowledgeable. The bartender was an expert. Cocktails all were great tasting and looked amazing. Definitely worth a stop.

Great atmosphere, fun and unique tiki style drinks with good live music. The veggie raggoon was frozen on the inside, and the entrees were mediocre. If you’re looking for a good place to “just have drinks” this is the spot.

You have to climb the stairs, but that only enhances the feeling you are venturing into another place and maybe time. Authentic decor, genuine fixtures from earlier tiki boom times. The drinks seem to be made from earlier, genuine recipes. The food was very good and fit with the drinks. We sat on the balcony looking down on a modern Palm Springs street scene passing by. Go here and enjoy.

The Tonga Hut was pleasant surprise. Great drinks and tasty food options. Being on the second floor with patio seating felt inviting and more intimate. Plenty of seating. Ask to see the phone booth and you might find a surprise. Definitely the top of my list for Tiki Bars.

Great Tiki bar. My girlfriend and I went here with her sister and brother in law and it was a great experience. 

Everything is very much rum based so be prepared for that, but the bowls and mixes of rum are stellar. 

We went on a bit of a slow night so they were preparing to close early and we were given plenty of warning. 

The waitress was excellent, great bar service, and they have little board games spread out through the space for some fun drinking activities.
