Fun place to eat Mexican food. There were three of us this time. We had soup, chicken tacos - hard shell and soft, my mom loves their cheese enchiladas with onions inside, rice and beans. Everything was delish. And of course we started out with the chips and salsa. It wasn't very busy this time we came because it is August. This is my mom's favorite place.

My family has been enjoying the wonderful ambiance, The Terrific Food and impeccably good service here annually for over 7-years. It is our yearly go to while on vacation but whatever you do, DO NOT SERVE YOUSELF WATER! I grabbed a pitcher of water and started to serve my extremely thirsty family of over 20 people. We had sat there for over 5 minutes sweaty and hot in a temperature of over 100°. It was obvious that we had noticeably upset some of the employees. So much so, that a female employee gave me the middle finger (it was witnessed by several of my family members). In spite of this act we had a wonderful time and our waiter was exemplary! And I needed you to know that!! The extremely rude female employee never showed her face again. We left a great tip for our waiter and staff and will for sure return.

Great food and margaritas. Best Mexican food in 100 miles. If you don't believe that, just try their tortilla soup.

The food was authentic & delicious! The service was above and beyond. Our server was very attentive & friendly! My friend is vegetarian & she really enjoyed her food as well. I highly recommend this place above all mexican food restaurants in palm springs! One major factor is that we have visited plenty of Mexican restaurants & I can undoubtedly say this is the best. I definitely will be bringing more friends to eat at Maracas!
