Yum times 1000! There are only a handful of local restaurants that deserve your time and this is one of them! 

We’ve been here multiple times and every time our socks have been blown clean off. 

To start, the menu is amazing offering a slew of breakfast options from unique pancakes, to loaded breakfast tacos, to amazing biscuits. Everything we have gotten here has just been yum. 

They have a bar and great mixed drinks. Not feeling alcohol? They also offer fresh made juices that are different than what you can pick up in the store and are definitely worth trying.

The staff is 10/10 each time we’ve gone. I have also chatted with staff outside of the restaurant and they explained how much they enjoy working there. (Fact: good customer service comes from happy employees)

Aesthetically the restaurant is beautiful inside and out, offering a modern and clean feel inside, and their giant glass windows making up most of the walls offer a great view of Pikes Peak and the surrounding mountains. 

Best place I have found for breakfast in The Springs.

First time here! I'm having the southwest Benedict and it's excellent! The manager checks in regularly to see how things are going. Counter service is very fast, so easy to recommend.Will return!

We were visiting from out of town and found this place on Google. It had great reviews, and did not disappoint!!! The food was fantastic, the service was great. People say plan to wait at least 1/2 hour during busy times (weekends/holidays) it was about 40 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, but we will definitely be back!! Absolutely awesome!

Best pancakes in town hands down. Friendly staff and delicious food. It can get a little crowded at times but I haven't ever had to wait more than fifteen to twenty minutes.

Heather D has been an excellent waitress every time we’ve been seated in her section.  She’s attentive, patient, friendly, and extremely helpful with how picky I am.  She knows the menu well and helps to ensure I always get exactly what I want.  I’ve recently become vegan and there are great options here!
