Best service in town! Always friendly-makes you feel like home. Delicious, fresh food that satisfies your craving for home made food. The chicken is tender and juicy, the steak is always tasty and cooked perfectly.. Veggies are fresh and crispy in the fajitas and believe it or not, they have great coffee here too!

My family always goes here. There is not a better restaurant, in Colorado Springs, that we have found. Especially for Mexican food. Always friendly, always fast. Love this place for the family, and date night.

Good food, outstanding service. We've been here twice and both times I was impressed how efficient and helpful the staff was. Not the closest Mexican food to our house, but worth the extra mile

About the only thing good at this restaurant was the service. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and checked up on us often. We were greeted immediately and didn't have to wait to be seated. The food on the other hand was absolutely lousy. The chicken burrito we ordered was tiny. It was basically just cheese, lacking meat and other items you'd expect to be in a burrito that costs $12. The tamale was awful, I'm sad to say Costco has better. 

Paid extra for "spicy green chili" but that too was quite bland but that's not a big deal. I've got to admit that I would've rather went to taco bell next door and that's just a highly disappointing thought. It would've saved me money and I would've been full.

Both Pueblo Viejo locations in Co. Spgs are amazing. The food is always on par and the service is impeccable. This restaurant is a GREAT example of true teamwork. I will ALWAYS visit Pueblo Viejo when in the Springs!
