Giuliano Cassuli- Owner/Chef
I was born in Putignano, Italy. After culinary school in Italy, I moved to Texas to start an Italian restaurant. In June, I moved to Colorado to start La Bella Vita.

Outstanding meal, as well as outstanding service. Can't say enough good things about this place. Eric's Old Fashion cocktail was one of the best drinks I had! The chicken Parmesan was of top notch quality too!!

Varying, loving, knowledgeable staff, great owners and why we go too done here, the food of course. Last time I was in asked our great waitress to please surprise me with anything she desired on their menu. I did this cause I personal know anything that comes out of that kitchen will be phenomenal.

Jen was a GREAT help serving us tonight! Very friendly and courteous staff. The food was excellent; salmon dinner and chicken parmesan dinner. Followed with puff pastry covered in chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Scrumptious!

Very good food. Enjoyed their selection of food and wine. Took the family for the wife's birthday. Desserts were just amazing! The waiter was patient, explained things to our daughter, and made it a great experience. We'll definitely be back

La Bella vita is very good! Its definitely a restaurant that I would call "Good old Italian" I loved my plate, I just wasn't fond of the price, 100 bucks for 3 people. I will say it was 100% good quality, just not the best portion. But the food is very good and not to be passed up.
