My last experience here was a good one. Didn't have to wait too long (walk-in behind an appointment and another walk-in). All the staff, from the front desk to the MAs and nurses, were very nice (and especially sensitive & accomodating to my debilitated state). My provider was thorough, collecting my extended medical history, current hx, addressed openly to me the ddx and various options, and she answered my many questions. All was explained everything clearly without pandering nor being condescending (as medicos can be, you all surely know). She spent probably well longer than the "standard" visit time with in order to ensure the aforementioned things, by the way, and never seemed rushed, distracted, or impatient (again, as these medical types can be). -1 ☆ only cos: My only gripe is that you MUST arrive well before closing time, because they do sometimes close as much as 15 minutes early.

Incompetent staff. Don't communicate basic things to patients. And will make you wait when you have an appointment then they'll tell you they don't have the right equipment and make you drive 20 minutes in rush hour to another clinic. Thanks so much for proving how well you guys are at providing a simple doctors order.

This was my second time at the North Seattle Immediate clinic (first time was for my son). The staff is welcoming, very knowledgeable, and professional (both times). I never felt rushed, or like I had to wait forever. The doctor and techs are efficient and very personable - also great with kids! It's a relief to know I can get great care in those little "emergencies" life throws at us.

I was a drop in for an EKG. This place was clean and they treated me like their only patient. Completely professional, priced better than I expected and their results were everything I expected. I would clearly recommend it for urgent needs.

Decent service, however their billing department isn't great. I didn't receive a single bill (possible mail theft, it's not uncommon were I lived, more than one bill is unlikely) and they turned my amount owed right on over to collections. So it might be worth making sure you get your bill.
