These guys were awesome. I went in because I had bruised my foot pretty bad, and after a week I was still in a lot of pain. I'm a student and I didn't have insurance, so I was reluctant to go in because I didn't want to get saddled with a bill my savings couldn't pay. They were very up front with the cost of everything and explained to me what additional stuff would cost (like the cost of an x-ray and a boot) - they were probably the most transparent a clinic has ever been with me. I probably waited about five minutes before the doctor saw me, and after talking pricing and getting an x-ray and a boot for my foot (maybe took like 30 min tops) I was out the front door again feeling a billion times better. The staff was cheerful and positive, and the whole experience was painless. Also, they called me the next day to make sure I was feeling well, I've never heard of any other clinic doing that!

READ BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GO HERE My experience with this place was horrible. Went in on a friday because my lower back was in pain. Before I even saw a doctor they told me to pay $200 upfront. I have insurance and was shocked at why I would have to pay $200 without even being seen by a doctor first. I told them how i felt and she basically told me take it or leave it, no other solution.

Whole visit lasted about 30 sec (literally). Doc barely asked any questions and acted rather awkwardly. Place was empty, so there was no reason for rush. They sent my prescription to walgreens with some mistakes. Had to waste more time waiting till they got call on it and fixed it. Not a thrilling experience, though I bet my bill will come through just flawlessly. They did not seem to care much for me as a patient at all and I would not recommend this place. Will update when bill arrives.

I called ahead to ask if they took the most common form of insurance, even though my insurance is from out of state because I just moved here for college roughly a month ago. I was told that they wouldn't take my insurance, not due to it being out of state, but because of what type of insurance it was. I was told I should go to the Emergency Room for my mild cough, which honestly is probably just bronchitis. This should have been a simple appointment. Completely ridiculous.
