Great experience. I walked in with no appointment after cutting my hand pretty badly - I only had to wait 10 minutes to see a provider. The nurses were all incredibly patient and friendly and the providers were awesome. All in all, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I chose this place because of glowing reviews and my initial visit on Monday for a sprained knee was fine - I only had to wait 10-15 minutes after my appointment time. They have an x-ray machine on site which was convenient. However, the pricing on the website was misleading - seemed to imply that I could pay out of pocket (which is cheaper since I haven't met my deductible) but I was told that because I have insurance they had to bill them for my visit and charged me $200 instead of the $125 stated on their website. The next day I called to ask if I could pick up a copy of my x-rays, and I also asked about getting a temporary disabled parking permit and they told me I just had to bring the form in. The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and told me she'd have the x-rays ready that evening. I stopped by yesterday evening to pick up the x-rays, have my disabled parking form filled out, and get a prescription for pain medication (which the doctor I saw on Monday offered but I declined since I thought I'd be fine) but was told the doctor who saw me was out until January so I would have to pay for another visit to have someone see me and determine that I need the medication and fill out my form. This was very frustrating since I was in quite a bit of pain and there should be a report from my initial visit stating my situation. I wouldn't have irritated my knee to visit the clinic if I'd known they could not help me at all... Their parking situation is also a bit confusing - I saw a sign near the Shell that with the "Immediate Clinic" logo but once I got close, it said that parking for Immediate Clinic was prohibited and it was on the north side of the building. Once I got to that lot it took me a while to figure out which spots were for the clinic.

Great staff, all around. Christine Goodall PA is very friendly, sweet, and listens well. Understanding the reasons and mechanisms for a particular treatment helps to calm my nerves, and she answers any and all questions, from the asinine to the deeply complicated, making me feel at ease. Thanks! Note: if you make an appointment and show up on time, you will be seen very quickly; I have never had to wait for more than 10 minutes

They advertise that they do payment plans for people without insurance, it even says that on a recording when you call. I visited the office and was told all monies are due upfront
