Don't let the outside fool you. It's in an older retail center, but they've recently updated most of their equipment, the staff is super friendly and the monthly fees are cheap. Great place for your workouts.

Ive been trying to cancel my membership & i keep getting the run around, Texas Gym on Ferguson & Oates is way better than this gym i dont want my money back i just want to end the relationship with this gym! I do not recommend to anyone!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! The gym is nice it self but the customer service sucks ass!! I never had such a hard time with any gym before I came here. They do not like to do cancellations. Do not sign up for a personal trainer here. It's a  rip off and a scam. My friend paid for a session and she never heard from her trainer since then. I've been trying to cancel my membership n trainer for the past week and half and all I'm getting is a run around.

Horrible company. Closed the Garland location and sold the contracts to Fitness connection and if you don't want to go there you must pay $80 cancellation fee. Poorly operated I would not sign up at any location now.

Huge improvements here lately, fresh paint and maintenance. Free weight area is fine. They finally uncovered the pool (yay!) but the showers could use a lot of work in cleanliness and convenience.
