I've been going to their new location for a few weeks and I love it.  It's now part of my routine and I just signed up for the monthly unlimited pass.  The atmosphere is serene and beautiful, and Jessica is a fantastic teacher.   I get a workout in the intermediate flow class while also feeling relaxed and renewed.  The gentle yoga evening class is so peaceful - a great time to stretch out and re-center.  The room is comfortably warm (not hot), the lighting is just right, I love the music and there's a good place to change clothes (with a shower if needed).  So glad I found this!

I attended Super Yoga Palace yesterday for the first time. It was my first time ever doing yoga. I really enjoyed it and I felt comfortable doing it. I was nervous because I thought I wouldn't be able to follow along but the instructor was very helpful!

I felt stretched and centered after my Wednesday class. The teacher also paid close attention to individuals requests and modificaiton needs. I'll be going back for sure.

I've been going for two months straight. I got a discount pass for a month and got hooked. The instructors are wonderful and caring people. The atmosphere is warm and inviting.  The classes are appropriate for beginners (as I was when I began) or for those more experienced.

I never thought I was a Yoga kind of guy but when my friends encouraged me to try it out last year I dropped into the Super Yoga Palace 6am class at the Life in Deep Ellum Community Center. It only took one class at this studio and I was hooked! I have been attending for 8 months now and the love and energy that go into making this studio what it is has absolutely changed my life. I really like the Vinyasa Flow style and the prices are great. I have since visited a few other studios but none have compared in style to the chic urban decor of the SYP. The instructor is very in tune with each individuals needs and it is very evident that she pours her heart and soul into this practice. See you on the mat!
