I love this gym having spent a number of years at both 24 Hour Fitness and Lifetime Fitness.  This gym has everything I need, rarely have to wait on a piece of equipment and the people are real!  The cost is a huge value.  Hope this place NEVER changes.

So far so good, going on my second month. Great one year deal pay up front no membership. Good machines and plenty of weights. The dumbbells always seem to be exactly where they are supposed to be. Customer's rerack the weights in correct spot.

The facility is decent and I really liked the equipment. The staff is definitely less than helpful and cancelling your membership is harder than a root canal. They can't process cancellations on Friday-Sunday because their computer "locks them out". They'll be happy to take your payments at these times though. Certified mail is your only other option, so if you work a 9-5, might as well just mail it and save some time.

Love this place! Excellent equipment. Great knowledgeable staff and they don't mind if you grunt a bit or do deadlifts. It's a place to focus and get your gains then get out and show off that pump!
