For the first time today I ordered something new. Matthias was taking orders outside and was very helpful about my dietary restrictions. He showed genuine concern and has excellent customer service. I’m thankful that Matthias was knowleagle about alternate menu options. Five stars for great food and great service!

Very busy on weekends. However, service is quick and food is fresh and hot. All areas are clean and well stocked. Love the fact that there are fresh cut juicy lemons, all kinds of soda and you can take as many napkins as you need from the counter. I would recommend the double double combo with fries and drink.....just the right size. Turlock location is exceptional and staff are friendly. Great job everyone!

Service was fast, employees are friendly, food was just ok. Shake was good. Don't see what the hype is about.

My order was missed, we waited for 30 minutes for the food, that we never got. I told the supervisor there that we had been waiting a while now for our food and all he said was that we can give me a refund. .... All I wanted was my food and you thought it was funny to put my receipt back into the end of all the orders that had been taken already. Instead of just asking your cook to make us our food. I'm very upset with In-N-Out. Never coming back.

Really great place to go and eat! Just today isn't their best. Don't let one bad day for employees make you not want to come eat! Customer service is great! Very attentive and organized.
