I asked for a med French vanilla ice coffee and the lady argued with me about adding cream and sugar I told her I want an ice coffee with French vanilla creamer. She then gave coffee on ice. I refused to take it and when trying to get my order they put it for here when I said to go. Horrible service. I was a McDonald's Manager and there's no excuse for that service if they would train their employees right maybe they would have a 5 out 5

Very bad costumer service! Went to drive thru to buy lunch for my family. I ordered 4 French fries but when I got to the pick up window I noticed they had only charged me for 2 so I requested 2 more. At first she told me with an attitude that it would be $4 more so I said "no problem" and handed her $5 she then turned around and told me that they couldn't do it and that I needed to go back and ordered at the window or go inside the restaurant and order my French fries, the reason: they were too busy to ring me up for the French fries. I simply requested a refund on my order and went to Carl's junior and picked up some delicious lunch for my family. I know they DO NOT need my money but I will make sure and never to go back to this place especially since they had time to walk outside and give me a refund instead of walking out my French fries. I'm not lazy BTW I just rather play it safe when it comes to my 4 year old twins going in and out of the car at crowded places. Also I have worked for fast food restaurants and was thought to take care of the costumer even when they are being jerks which I wasn't at all!

Close to my house and my son and I can ride my bike here if you breakfast every morning to get exercise it's real great friendly people & a clean restaurant till my son gets here. Lol. Jk. But they are real lazy and don't like to serve the customer
