I like their food but chicken katsu was still pink and the cashier did not give great customer service, no smile and was surprised she even made eye contact. MIGHT go back.

This Turlock Ono Hawaiian BBQ is always a busy place, but the wait is never long (except when ordering Island Fire Chicken... it's made to order and well worth the wait.)
Macaroni Salad is exceptional and you can ask for "more mac, less rice", or "all mac", and they'll adjust those side dish portions accordingly.  
The BBQ Chicken is flavorful and tender, and the Teriyaki sauce is so delicious. I love ordering the fish; big chunks of panko breaded white fish, fried perfectly. The mixed salad is tasty, and the crab/cream cheese wontons are a flavorful treat, with a hint of green onion inside.
