same guy is always here when I come here. Don't know if he's the manager or owner, but always good service, friendly, cheerful, and helpful. And can't go wrong with a baconator!

I waited in line for over half an hour (no exaggeration) on 10-28-17 and got some HORRIBLE customer service. I don't want to point any fingers at any particular employee but this employee always does a bad job at communication :(
