I will never go back to Indian Land Animal Hospital. The receptionist was extremely rude to me. I simply called to see what shots my dog needed, and all she cared about was the little bit of money my mom still owed for her dog. The first thing she said to me was that I owed some sort of money. Didn't ask how I was doing, didn't ask how my dog was doing. All they care about there is the money. I will be going to a different vet ASAP. Horrible customer service, I was shocked at the way she handled our conversation. I am having my mom call them, and pay them so we can go else where with out business. Very disappointed, a vet needs to show compassion to their clients, no matter what. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Very dedicated Drs. Comfortably sized exam rooms. Helpful, very capable, and caring. We dreaded trying to find a new vet after moving here and are fortunate to have found ILAH so early in the search. Update:. They, like most places in Indian Land, have gotten very busy. I'm now on the hunt for a less busy practice.

Dr. Shaw & Ross make a caring team and I can trust them to provide the best recommendations for my dogs. Water therapy here helped extend my oldest dog's life longer than I thought was possible. I've worked with several area vets and Dr. Shaw is one of only two vets I trust with my dogs. The front desk staff are knowledgeable & generally very friendly.

Doctor Shaw and the rest of the veterinarians, including Heather and the rest of the receptionist are all very friendly. We have been taking on cats and dogs to Indian Land Animal Hospital for 10 years now. Doctor Shaw and everyone else at Indian Land Animal Hospital they always treat your animal like they are part of the family.

Excellent staff. Everyone is friendly and caring. I've always felt they are giving me the best care and their honest opinions. Recommend to everyone with a pet.
