I switched to have this facility for my primary care. They require you come in every 91 days for refills simply to take your money. Do NOT go there. They are by far the worst facility!

The doctors are very nice and the facility is very nice. The problem is once you see a doctor he / she seem like they are always in a hurry. My latest experience has left me ready to change Docs. All of my prescriptions for my heart medication are out. I called the Dr office who took three days to let me know I needed to come in. I finally was able to get in. Payed a $35 co pay. The Doctor looked at me and my medication and told the nurse to refill all, then shook my hand and left. That was Thursday. I checked my pharmacy Friday. No meds. Over the weekend the Dr Office is closed. Called this again this morning. Got a voice mail and still do not have my medication.

I have been going here for 5 or 6 years, the staff is nice and the doctors are great, now it seems to be a one stop for all your medical need without any loss to respect for their customers which is great

They have fort mill family practice beat I was a patient there from birth til 18years old I stop going for 2years and they wouldn't allow me to return they said they wouldn't take new patients.lol.wow.palmetto accepted me and got me well again in the first two visits.ty
