They've got good variety and flavor. Everything they offer reminds you of a home cooked meal your mom made. The staff are wonderful and the portions are generous. It's really simple presentation and nothing fancy, which is part of the appeal, in my opinion.

Inside is the best!!!! Sandy is the best waitress!!! Give her a raise!!!!! I eat there at least twice a week for lunch. Best food and prices downtown with the best customer service. They are always busy so be ready for it and don't complain.

Wonderful food and very friendly staff! I really enjoyed my visit. My only hiccup would be for sustainable tourism... my baked potato came with my sour cream and cheese in styrofoam takeout containers. In favor of reducing pollution and waste, I would recommend putting these on the plate or asking customers if they would like to-go containers in the future. But this is only constructive criticism! I mean it in the best way and would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area with a hankering for good ole southern food :)

Great throw back cafe/diner. Good basic menu and everything was tasty. Portions were big and service was friendly.
