My wife and I both had the 5 and dime... Delicious! The staff was extremely helpful and kind and even let us try both gravies before deciding which one we wanted on our meal. We were stuffed from so much food and they even brought us cinnamon pecan biscuits to try as a dessert biscuit and they're delicious as well. We will definitely be back. Keep up the great work and hospitality.

The food and atmosphere we're awesome. Had the sticky Maple and there flavors were great. You stand in line to order and then wait for your food. We say outside and were greeted by the birdies waiting for a delicious piece of biscuit haha. They have local coffee and I tried the Maple. It was good! All around great place and friendly staff.

This is one of my favorite places to go in #Chattanooga. The food is yummy, the coffee is yummy and the service is always a treat. Today the manager came by to greet us and see Amelia. A few minutes later I was holding her in my lap, trying to eat, and she dropped her pacifier. The same gentleman was cleaning a table and stopped what he was doing to help find it. Of course, it was under her stroller on the floor. Without hesitation, he picked it up and said "I'll go sanitize this for you! " It is such a relief as a #NewMom when a stranger steps up to help out in public places. It's a nice reminder that we, as parents, are all in this circus together, even if it's as simple as picking a pacifier up off the floor.

Amazing!! We're in Chattanooga for the day and tried this place based on reviews. It did not disappointment. The service was amazing too! Our daughter didn't care for her waffles (she's crazy, they were delicious 😀) and the manager could tell she didn't like them, so they brought her a biscuit and jam, on the house. She loved it!! We'll definitely be back!!

EMERGENCY FOOD REVIEW: I recently tried out Maple Street Biscuit Company...it is a small chain restaurant that started in 2012, but has been operating in Chattanooga for about a couple of years now...This was my first time eating at this establishment. I don't really like the atmosphere....it is a very loud and bustling place, has a very touristy feel to it........You first have to stand in line to place your order....After they take your order they ask you what super power you would most like to have, at which point they tag your order with your answer to that question instead of tagging your order with your name. This is supposed to be 'cute' and 'fun' but I found it annoying...just take my dang name and give me the foods.....after this fiasco you then have to wait in a second line for your 'cute' name to be called out for your food.....then a new fiasco begins as you try to find a table....the only suitable tables are the outdoor tables, but good luck on trying to get one of those....you'll likely have to settle on an indoor table in the loud bustling environment.....bathroom was a sufficient 2-header with Crane plumbing. THE FIVE AND DIME: Good....A biscuit with chicken, bacon, cheese, gravy, and fried egg. THE SQUAWKING GOAT: Good...A biscuit that I substituted with sausage(instead of chicken)....with fried goat cheese and pepper jelly. CONCLUSION: The food is not the problem here, it is good.....It's the annoying atmosphere that is the problem....I would not eat here a second time, but I would recommend that you try it just once to see if you like it....this place gives me anxiety, but maybe it won't for you.......for me personally I'd still strongly prefer a brunch on the north shore of Chattanooga at Aretha Frankenstein's.
