Two Ten Jack is a Japanese-inspired neighborhood pub, or izakaya, featuring artisinal ramen, yakitori (skewered & grilled items), sushi selections, and other Japanese-inspired comfort food that incorporates local, Southern ingredients. The beverage program features craft & rare Japanese beers, cocktails-on-tap, sake, shochu and Japanese whisky. Located in Chattanooga’s Warehouse Row, Two Ten Jack offers an unpretentious and comfortable environment – the true izakaya experience – as an urban gathering spot for the community where local and Japanese culture can come together.

I’m giving 1 star because something needs to be done about your host. Please read your bad reviews. The food is excellent, the bar tending service was absolutely wonderful. My date and I walked in at 5:15pm with 5 open tables. We were told that we would have to sit at the bar if we wanted to eat due to a surplus of reservations made at 6:15. My date and I left the restaurant at 6:45, only for there to still be 4 open tables. The host is terrible and extremely rude!!! You shouldn’t have this person displaying your business as the first and last person we see, or ever.

Made a reservation at 3:25 for that night at 7:30 and received a confirmation (unknowingly) for the following Monday. Showed up for our table that night and we informed the host of our reservation, to which she replied 'no' and explained it automatically set the reservation for next Monday because she had cut reservations off for the night at 3:30. She offered us no apology or way to help fix the mistake. While the reservation confirmation does say next Monday on the email, we did not expect the reservation date to change unprompted. When the host was unaccomodating to our plight, we were happy to leave. Dodged a bullet, if the host can't handle it I worry about how much the cooks and ownership care. Wouldn't come here, especially as a tourist with so many fantastic food options nearby.

Made a reservation online at 3:25 for 7:30 Friday night. We get there at 7:25 and the hostess said that she turned the reservations off for that night at 3:30 and that it automatically changed our reservation for Monday night. She was very rude and offered no apology. We were excited to eat here, but now we are even more excited that we didn't spend our money to support a business that operates in this fashion. Side note: the host's drink and chapstick were both sitting unattended at the host's stand. We both work in the food industry and that is never a good look.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere, the food, location, everything. The bartender was so helpful and a joy to talk to. I will definitely come back soon :)

Honestly, the food was good, but the portions were quite small for the price. If I’m paying $14 for a bowl of ramen, I think you can give me a little more than a handful of noodles. Same can be said for the brussel sprouts, which were a little too burnt for my taste. The interior decorating was done quite well though. Just come ready to not see your food cause the lighting is very dim.
