I take the buses to go back home where I used to live. They're very timely and affordable. Although some of the staff at the terminal don't seem that friendly or helpful.

The bus drivers and employees are decent. The place needs a renovation bad. Prices are way too expensive for a one way and round trip to NYC. I would definitely take it more if it were cheaper.

I don't like the fact that there is  no outlet in the bus , this is 2017 get it together Bieber bus . And also I understand the terminal cannot be opened 24 hours but there is not even one outlet outside , in case your phone die and you have the need to make a phone call . Again it's 2017 people 🙄

No problems when picking up my family members. Place needs to be cleaned.

Driver was rude an awful. Had a miss understanding with her about my daughter who is 1 year old. I was told she would not pay for a ticket but she had a problem with it. She said she will leave me at the station if i didn't buy a ticket for her. I was already out of the city when she said that it was our 2nd stop. Very rude lady im not taking this bus ever again.
