I've found their office to be cozier than most other IRS facilities.  Would recommend.

The worst public sector office I've ever been to. And I'm Ecuadorian. Drove 2 hours to arrive 11:00am. Already closed, no tickets being emitted. People coming to realize the same. If this happens to you, leave a feedback comment at their site asking for an expansion. 
Having only one person for the whole Raleigh area is just ridiculous. From reviews, seems this has been a recurring issue for years.
This is June, not even tax season.

I can't tell you how annoying it is trying to get ahold of someone to just ask or find one thing out. It's ridiculous. We even set up an apt for someone to call and no call! Yet if anyone owes any money, they sure as hell can get ahold of you with no problem. I don't understand why it's so hard to talk to a human being about your taxes..

Have to wait for an hour or more to talk to someone for 5 minutes. Monopolies don't have to treat customers well who they can force to pay them. Always vote for whoever will reduce taxes, so we don't have to deal with this BS as much in the future.

Absolutely ridiculous! I will never understand how this branch provides service. The management is a disgrace.
