The new treasurer has made Orbit more complicated and not user friendly. Calling the state treasurer's office is not user friendly either. The phone system is frustrating to work through. You can't just talk to a rep readily. They take you through a bazillion selections & there is still no guarantee you will speak with an actual person. If this is Dale Folwel's idea of improvement, he needs to think again. The system was better before he messed it up. I am a very dissatisfied customer.
