My experience here was splendid. I got to the office and the line was around the building! They had workers out there prepping us and checking our documents ahead of time! It was so efficient and quick. I got out of there in under two hours. I know that sounds long, but the line was so long when I arrived. Everyone there was so pleasant and friendly. I was like where am I?!? I remember the dmv being a place where you are pretty much talking to the crypt keeper. Not this place!!

Got here 10 min before they opened, and was seen around 45 min later. They're opening at 7am instead of 8 to try to get the wait time down. I'd gone to the Cary DMV yesterday around 11am and the wait was 3 hrs! Everyone here was pleasant. Definitely check online before you come to see what documents you'll need for whatever you're doing, that seemed to be the biggest holdup for people in line in front of me. Overall a very pleasant DMV experience!

Came around 3:30pm on a Wednesday. Line for a ticket was about 20 mins and the wait to be seen was about 45 or more. They stop taking customers around 5 since majority of staff leaves at 5. I do believe they even stop road test at that time too if not before. Interaction with staff was very nice and the man in the front communicated that they were taking customers from the line as they were called to the back. This is not a site for plate or registration payments.

The wait was long but that is to be expected at most DMV offices. I had positive interactions with all 5 staff members I interacted with, which used to not be the norm. I was pleasantly surprised with the staff I spoke with.

Customer service is terrible! Everyone that I have spoke with in the last week sound like they are on their last leg! They have no knowledge of their job or what they should explain to customers. If I sent in docs with in the last two days let me know that my docs have to be reviewed. Dont tell me to repeat a process that I have already done correctly, however give me a time frame of when I need to call back in to check on the process. Taking 30 to 45 min. Of my hour lunch with 15 to 20 min. Of trying to get them on the phone. If I could give zero stars I would.
