My fiance and I had a phenomenal experience choosing her new engagement ring. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. We were helped by Jennifer, who took us by the hand and made sure to show us all the different options that we had to choose from. Jennifer was super knowledgeable but was able to educate us on what we were looking at. She seriously spent some good quality time with us, and for that we are very grateful. My fiance can't stop showing off her ring and talking about it they've got really good deals go check it out.

My husband and I had a great experience with IDC located in Waterford Lakes. Our salesman, Larry, was amazing. He took his time to educate us and help us make the right decision for us. I love my new wedding set! It is gorgeous!

Had a wonderful experience at the IDC on Alafaya recently.  Larry was extremely helpful, welcoming and never once made me feel like the inexperienced diamond shopper that I was when I first walked in.  He took the time to teach me about how to properly shop for the right diamond, before showing me stones and settings at numerous price points.  Throughout the many hours spent there, Larry continued to be down to earth, personable and made me laugh numerous times at his great stories and sayings.  In the end, I left with the perfect ring, and was extremely satisfied.  I would highly recommend Larry to anyone shopping for anything at IDC.  I definitely credit him with helping me to find the right ring, and getting her to say “yes”.

Larry was incredibly helpful in helping my fiancé select the perfect replacement engagement ring while keeping the mood light and carefree. He spent plenty of time getting to know her needs and preferences and was extremely accommodating. As always, International Diamond Center excels with customer service by not being overly aggressive in trying to pressure customers into a sale. We would definitely come back!

Juesette Wise did a great job finding me exactly what I was looking for! They worked with me to make it fit in my budget and made me feel comfortable while I was there. Definitely recommend them!
