A first impression is huge for me, and all I can say is that my first impression of Thompson Jewelers in Saint Cloud, FL was beyond impressed.  The store is absolutely immaculate.  It is a brand new location, and you can truly tell that the owners of this family-run establishment truly care about all aspects of their business.

I have made purchases at other jewelers, and the experience was fine but nothing like the overall experience I had at Thompson Jewelers.  I’d never been here before and thankfully I was blessed to have Debi be the one to work with me.  She listened so well to what I wanted, and kept patiently generating new ideas helping me to hone in on what I ultimately decided on.  I think I’d still be looking if it weren't for Debi... I wish all my big purchases would go this smoothly and I’d get to work with someone like her each time.  A wonderful experience from start to finish and I’ll never go anywhere else again. The Wedding planning phase can be very stressful with all the decisions couples must make. My fiance and I walked into Thompson Jewelers with some butterflies in our stomachs hoping the experience would be better than the other places we've been to in search of wedding bands. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome making us feel as though we'd known the staff for years. The expert staff were very knowledgeable, and we were not pressured into buying anything we didn't want. They educated us with all questions we had and asked questions themselves to get a better feel of who we were and what would fit us best. They shared they're own personal experiences and that alone not only helped calm our nerves but as well ease our process in wedding planning. I'm extremely happy we chose Thompson Jewelers. I chose my perfect bride, and now my perfect Jewelers, I'm on a roll!!

Phenomenal customer service! These guys are amazing! We had pieces special ordered and custom made and the prices were unmatched. I'll never shop at a big name jewelery store ever again. These guys are that good!

This is a wonderful jewelry store!  The staff is always friendly, and eager to spend time to assist.  They have "updated" several pieces of mine, and helped to custom design pieces which I love.  They are honest, and fair in pricing work which has always been completed at the highest level.

I can't  say enough what a wonderful job Thompson Jewelers did.  The team helped me custom design a ring with a  stone I inherited from my late mother in law.  Don't waste your time going to Orlando or Winter Park, when we have an amazing jeweler in St. Cloud.  They have their own designer and the team will work to help you create a perfect piece. So thrilled.
