Do not shop here. Bad customer service. I bought an expensive watch for my husband. The watch didn't work. The time kept moving forward. It was always fast. A month later I tried to return it and they wouldn't do a refund. They don't care about the customer. The manager kept saying the watch worked perfect when he hasn't even try it. Kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell him what was wrong with the watch. He didn't care to listen to me. All he kept repeating over and over is that the watch was perfect. How can it be perfect when I set it today and tomorrow will be 5 to 10 minutes ahead. Then he told me is because I had to wind it. Well if that was the problem, then the watch would be behind NOT ahead. They just want to sell but not take care of the customers. They sold me a broken watch and they don't want to take responsibility. Stay away from this place

Delia has been helping me for years. She is very patient, knowledgeable, professional and kind. Wonderful selection with no pressure to buy will always keep me coming back and refer family and friends. Thank you!

We were in looking to replace my wife's stolen wedding ring. We dealt with Arthur who was very relaxed and helpful. No pressure to buy (hint to other stores, this helps a lot of people buy). After explainjng what we were looking for he showed us a selection and we were sold. Gave us a good price, cleaned and polished up my wife's engagement ring while we waited on the new band being sized. Couldn't have asked for more.

Great selection of rings. Looking to replace our sets. Low pressure. Calling home office for a special order. That was offered without hesitation.
