Thompson Jewelers is definitely the very best in Orlando!  They have gorgeous quality jewelry, great prices, great people, and it's always a wonderful experience. I always feel like a valued customer and am always pleasantly surprised. The staff is excellent and have always gone above and beyond. I reunited with the family owned jeweler because my mom was a customer of theirs back in the 60's. She stated that "they always happily welcomed her business and treated her with respect." That speaks volumes within itself.  Here I am another generation later, receiving awesome customer service as well. Everyone one seems to cater to you attentively and do their best to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchases. The quality  of their pieces are genuinely great and are offered at phenomenal prices. Love shopping there!

My fiancé got my beautiful engagement ring here, I couldn't have been happier with the design. Months later we found perfect wedding bands for each of us at an affordable price. Aside from how happy we are with the rings, their customer service was also excellent. Thank you Thompson's!

My wife has been a customer at Thompson for many years.  But...this was my first experience and I can honestly say I would never consider doing business anywhere else.  I purchased a ring for my wife for our 50th anniversary.  Vickie, the salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and patient.  Definitely ask for Vickie when in the store.  I met Mr. Thompson and was very impressed.  He is very down to earth and welcoming.  Most importantly, their prices can't be beat.  What would you expect from a merchant who has been in business for nearly 70 years?  Kudos for Thompson Jewelers.

Awesome experience! I took my grandmother's ring in to have the stone tightened. They had it ready in 3 or 4 days. Not only were the prongs tightened, they smoothed out the bent parts of the band and shined it up real nice. Great price and top notch service! I love that they are family owned and operated as well :)
