Don't plan on only selling your car here. The advertisements talk a big game about what an easy process it is to sell your car to them even if you don't buy a vehicle from them, this proved not to be the case whatsoever. I had set up an appointment to have my car appraised around 7 pm on a weekday. After 45 mins of waiting they said they couldn't get me a value of my car because they were too busy, but they would call me back latter that day. No big deal to me but nobody called me back that night, so I called back the next day to follow up. They said they were going to look into it and call me back. They did not. I called them back and left several more polite voicemails over several more days to just get updated on how much my car was worth. A different sales person I didn't even work with called me back about 3 days latter only to say he didn't have any info (surely you must be joking at this point) BUT someone (my sales person or a manager) would get back to me. Well I bet you can guess what happened next... that's right no one ever called back.  I never even got a response let alone a value for my trade. That was over a month ago.

Great service and a quality vehicle. Loved the sales team and the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely purchase from CarMax again, it was the most positive car buying experience I have ever encountered.

They were very reasonable on the offer for my vehicle. If you just need to sell yours, it’s worth a visit to see what they will offer you.

I will never buy a car from another dealership. NO HAGGLING! Fair prices and everyone/ everything was up-front. My monthly payment is less than expected and the loan terms are the shortest they can be! Very, VERY good service.

Thanks to Matt for a great CarMax experience. I wish I could have gotten more for my trade in, but the rest of the process was great! This is my third experience with CarMax, and all three were a charm!
