Excellent customer service by Sarah! 
I went in having not ridden a mountain bike in roughly 25 years. Sarah was immediately helpful without pressuring sales. She definitely educated me quite a bit on bikes nowadays. She didn't make me feel like an idiot for not knowing about bikes and the fact that it was a chick that helped me actually made it easier when it came to asking questions(I'm a chick). The older guy with the beard explained tune-ups and everything on the bike. I'd been to other shops that made me feel stupid and like I was wasting their time. Definitely NOT the case with Ironclad. I'd recommend them for sure and have already been raving about them to my friends.  Plus they're the only bike shop in Prescott open on a Sunday.

Outstanding service, friendly and knowledgeable. Brought in two bikes for minor repairs and cleanup. Zack made them look like new and the ride is much smoother. Needed a new bike rack to replace my old Saris. Jeff sold me on the benefits of the Thule 4-bike rack, assembled it on the spot, and gave me a thorough overview on the rack's function. 
Very pleased with their service and responsiveness.

Very helpful staff. Although I only bought some lube and a map, Jeff was more than happy to take 10 minutes out of his day to give me some local MTB knowledge.
