Rented bikes multiple times now and the bikes were dialed and set up when I picked them up. Guys in the shop were super helpful with trail beta. Highly recommend OTE for high end bike rentals!

My girlfriend and I were in Sedona for a couple of days just filling out the week after a trip to the Grand Canyon. We did some hiking around the Bell Rock area, and noticed a few mountain bikers there as well. I realized that I could not let this opportunity go by, so that afternoon I drove out to Over The Edge because it was convenient to our motel in town. Luckily, they had rental bikes available, because it was mid-January, apparently the slow season. I had looked up the rental bike models online earlier, so I knew what I wanted. They had it set up for me in no time, and the process of signing the waiver, etc. was pretty quick and painless. I briefly described my mountain biking experience for the guy who was helping me out. He recommended I just head down the road to the Adobe Jack trails, a short pedal away. He said it was a bit tougher than Bell Rock, but nothing that would get me in trouble, and more convenient, since I could just leave my rental car there at the shop. He also suggested a route that I should take through the trails. The bike worked flawlessly, and the trails were fantastic! His knowledge and description of the trails were spot-on; I appreciated his honesty and his appreciation for where I was coming from and what I was looking for. My only regret was that I had to pay a full-day rental rate when I only had about 2 hours to kill, but it was totally worth it. Next time, I'll plan to stay and ride for a few days!

Excellent bike shop. I am a very avid biker and usually I like to work on my own bikes to avoid the snobby bike shop people. This place helped my wife and I multiple times in getting our mountain bikes set up, car rack rental, and extra tubes after I got a flat. The people who work here are very polite and helpful, I would recommend this shop to everyone!

I'm a local and I brought back my bike that was previously serviced here and I wanted the bike checked out again because I had reservations.  I would say I wasn't in the best of moods  Dustin was awesome!  He was polite and patient with me and spent a lot of time going over the bike re-doing, making adjustments and even checking the brakes which was not what I brought it in for.  It all checked out fine but a big thank you to Dustin for your excellent customer service!!

Excellent bike (Trek Fuel EX 8).  Friendly service with flexible attitude.  Helpful advice in finding the right trail.  Perfect weather created a scenario for one of the best rides of my life.
