Story

Island Joes Coffee and Gallery is an espresso based coffee shop and gallery on North Padre Island. It showcases photography for sale by Bryan Tumlinson. We serve hot drinks as well as iced and frozen drinks. We wanted to make a really cool place for islanders and visitors to come enjoy a drink or pastry and relax in a family friendly environment. There are events planned , open mike nights, game nights, and movie nights. You can check out facebook.com/islandjoescc for postings of events. A percentage of Island Joes sales goes to a feeding program we have helped to set up in the Dominican Republic. Island Joes is located at the Day & Night Boardwalk between Island Day Spa and Bangkok Star restaurant.

The best coffee in town! Great atmosphere... cozy, beachy with a bit of Austin thrown in for good measure! Fabulous staff who know the true meaning of customer service! First timers, try the Mexican Vanilla latte, it is a simple flavor but so delicious. During the season try their Pumpkin Spice Latte... you haven't had a great one unless you have had Island Joe's!

I am really picky when it comes to cold brew coffee, but the brew they had here knocked it out of the park! My husband got a cappuccino which was also delicious. The atmosphere here is great and the baristas we're cool to talk to and knowledgeable about their coffee. A must visit!!

This place was pretty amazing. The staff was kind and friendly, the menu was interesting and inventive, the coffee was very good, and the syrups were all made in house - which was a unique and delicious treat! I especially appreciated that their coffee menu was vegan friendly! And that the barista made sure we got our money's worth for what we ordered. I also have to mention that they had an excellent coloring center for my kids to play while we ordered, which made the experience way less stressful than usual. I will absolutely come here again!

The atmosphere is great and very relaxed, but unfortunately the coffee is just bad. Someone needs to teach the baristas how to use an espresso machine. I wanted to love it, but I can't. No amount of syrup will fix burned beans.
