My experience was excellent from initial visit to pick up and beyond. All the staff at the dealership from sales to service have been exceptional. Sales reps Paul Fiorillo and Dalton Hunter to the GM Christopher Williams were extremely patient, knowledgeable, attentive and willing to work with my needs/wants. They took the time to listen, showed me all my options prior to the sale. At the time of pick up, they took the time to explain all the paperwork I was signing and answered all my questions. And prior to leaving the dealership I was given full instruction on the car from the interior to the exterior. They fulfilled all the ends of the deal in a timely manner. Even after the sale, since I've been back in they have still been very friendly and open to helping me in anyway needed. The dealership is run exceptionally well. I've been a customer for years and since Christopher Williams became GM the dealership seems to run smoothly and he is impeccable in his management of his staff. All the staff work very hard and focus on customer service. Its very welcoming at the dealer and not overwhelming as some dealerships can be with the object to sell and not care necessarily about the customer. I'm a very satisfied customer and look forward to working with them for years to come.

This is our 4th car from Fuccillo Hyundai. I look at other reviews and wonder if the people gave them a chance. This time may have been the best. Our salesperson Dalton Hunter treated both my wife and I with respect and worked for us to get the deal we wanted. He made every attempt to please us. If you go to Fuccillo Hyundai I strongly advise you to ask for Dalton Five Star sales person!

Just bought my new car from these guys today and I couldn't be happier. Richard Loomis and all of the managers and staff that I dealt with were extremely nice and attentive. Buying a car can be stressful, but they really made this whole process very easy for me. Thank you guys!

extremely dissatisfied with experience - was a loyal customer, however due to not taking my opinion as a customer seriously I filled an official complaint.  Was told I would receive a call back from the General Manger by a certain time and never did.  Be careful about disagreeing with these people, they are underhanded and make you feel like its your fault when indeed you may have a legitimate complaint about your vehicle. Customer Service and guarantee's seem not to mean anything at this dealership. I didn't want to give any stars for satisfaction, however unable to post my comment unless I gave one.  Advise, listen and seek to understand your customers, not everyone is wrong!
Update......Well, after viewing the below response, and emailing per the instructions below, still no response. Please know that this is my fourth attempt  I am not surprised in the least, and it speaks volumes for the people working at this location.  I can only hope that the others I have contacted take my complaint seriously. I hope that anyone that reads this realizes that customers do have a voice and whether or not you agree they should be listened to and understood before jumping to conclusions.

WORST COMPANY EVER....BEWARE CONSUMERS.
